Nivaan, just 16 years old, decided to take matters into his own hands. He started researching fabrics, printing techniques, and manufacturing processes. Between school and practice, he visited local fabric markets, met with tailors, and even tested different materials himself. He discovered that dot knit polyester was lightweight, breathable, and perfect for sports. He also learned about sublimation printing, which allowed vibrant, long-lasting designs without fading. Unlike big brands that charged a premium, Nivaan made sure his jerseys were affordable yet durable.
